COMPUTER ENGINEER/ELECTRONIC ENGINEER/OPERATIONS RESEARCH ANALYST/COMPUTER SCIENTIST

The primary purpose of this position is: Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE), to serve as the Lead Europe Enterprise Service Center (EU-ESC) Air Force Sensitive Compartmented Information (AFSCI) Systems Security Engineer responsible for assessing Information Technology capabilities supporting enterprise development and operations for security worthiness and risk mitigation.

DUTY 1: Provide broad range of computer engineering analyses entailing unique problems, creativity innovative use of techniques, advanced approaches, and/or new technologies in the secure design of current and future information technology architectures and standards supporting the 1 ACOS EU-ESC AFSCI mission. DUTY 2: Utilizes scientific inquiry to evaluate the security of and advocate for EU-ESC AFSCI initiatives via corporate processes to adhere to Intelligence Community (IC) standards and direction. DUTY 3: Directs and/or participate as a subject matter authority in various advisory committees, technical review boards, and/or other meetings related to area of expertise. DUTY 4: Accomplishes professional development and maintains technical proficiency DUTY 5: Attends DoD and agency conference and meetings that bring together national-level and enterprise users to ensure integration information is obtained, disseminated and integration issues are resolved.
