The agent is open to every account

The agent has been in your account menu for a while. For most accounts, opening it did nothing useful: it was a restricted beta, and everyone outside that group was turned away at the door — the menu invited you in, the chat refused. If you clicked Agent and got an error instead of a conversation, that was this, not a bug on your side.

It is now open to anyone signed in. No group, no waiting list, no flag to be granted.

What it does, once you are in:

  • Finds work from what it knows about you. It reads your profile and your CV first, searches on that, and tells you what it searched on.
  • Measures your skills against the live market. For a role you name, it works out what share of open vacancies ask for the skills you have, which must-haves you are missing, and which single skill would unlock the most listings.
  • Tailors a CV against a specific vacancy. The chat inside the tailoring workspace rewrites your CV for the role in front of you, using only achievements you have actually claimed — it will not invent experience to fill a gap.

Start at the agent, or open any vacancy and tailor your CV from there to get the same agent with the job already in front of it.
